[epub] help with idea?

I haven't publicly posted to this list until now.  I need some input on
an idea I have.  I would like to start a new e-zine and I need to know
if I can do it legally.  What I want to do is form a list where I post
newspaper articles that are relevant to a targeted audience.  Can I
legally post/reprint newspaper articles if I give all the pertinent
information? - date, newspaper source, writer, etc?
