From: "HMS" <hms@jet.es> > I don't know about you but I can not think of a single so-called "expert" who > has come up with 100% totally new wisdom, truths or insights about a > particular topic. I wholeheartedly agree. Where did we learn what we know and from who? Should we therefore give credit to our teachers from the age of 5 upwards? Which teachers do we remember? And this is where the crunch come in. There are good teachers, whether at school, or as of now on the internet, we would only remember the good teachers...or the very bad. By just rewording someone else's ideas, that is not ethical. But using your knowledge, gleaned from many sources, over many years and THEN (sorry) rewriting in a manner that can be easily understood, assimilated and inwardly digested, made interesting and fun, how can that be wrong. You use your lifetimes accumulation of knowledge and rework into a format that your reader can understand. You impose your own individual style on the subject. Someone once said "There is nothing new under the sun".....some just make it more fun to learn!
