Don't know what kind of content you are looking for, but you may find
articles in the archives of my ezine, WillMaster Possibilities. This is a
new ezine and, while it won't be true very long, its circulation is still low.

They are articles written for webmasters who want to put some action into
their static websites, and have been published only once that I know of.

You (and this goes for all of you epub folks) may publish them according to
the guidelines printed at the site. Articles can be sent to your mailbox,
formatted and ready to go, from a form by the article.
