Having proof or not---is not the issue.

Anyone can be sued by anyone else for any reason, whatsoever.

It's up to the courts to decide the validity, but you still
have to be there, to defend yourself.  And that costs MONEY.
And I seriously doubt that my homeowner's insurance would
cover the cost.

Go back a few years.  The US government's case against
John Delorean was eventually thrown out.  Still, it cost
him big bucks, property, his wife/marriage and who knows
what else.

Question:  How many people on this list could afford a
$10,000 out of court settlement of a nuisance value??

If the lawsuit comes, it becomes a 600 pound gorrilla,
sitting in your living room, demanding to be fed in
order to leave.

And there are just too many hungry attorneys leading
even hungrier gorrillas around on chains, for my liking.

Think twice, before posting peoples names and allegations
on a website.  R.G., if you think so highly of this idea,
why don't YOU put up the site.  Call it offenders.com
or some other innocuous name.

Just my .02 cents worth.
