From: "R.G. Ramsey" <barters@mindspring.com> Anyone can be sued by anyone else for any reason, whatsoever. Yes they can and anyone can file a counter suit. Good for negotiations, don't you think? >Think twice, before posting peoples names and allegations >on a website. R.G., if you think so highly of this idea, >why don't YOU put up the site. Call it offenders.com >or some other innocuous name. I have seriously considered doing this very thing. I would post the correspondence between the two parties and there would have to be proof of the article in dispute having been published before. The problem is, who would be willing to step forward? Few. We air the agravation of thefts of our articles, but it's not bad enough yet for anyone to do anything about it. If it were, something would have been done by now. And it's not like nothing can be done. I've seen posts from Paul Myers about how you can sue for theft of intellectual property.
