[epub] Selling a List

I need some advice.

I am very seriously considering selling one of my lists.  It is a
weekly family-oriented newsletter, usually consisting of 4-5
articles, a few jokes and quotes, and a few ads.  The ezine generates
an income from paid ads and affiliate programs of around 2-3 cents
per subscriber per issue.  Unsubscribes are very low, and almost all
of the feedback I get is positive.  Clickthrough on affiliate
programs is pretty good, sometimes hitting 10-15% on some offers,
although I attribute this more to my writing about the offer more
than the ad copy of the offer itself.  I receive regular columns from
some well-known authors and periodic articles from several others. 
It takes about 3 hours or less to put together each weekly issue,
including editing.  There are roughly 3000 subscribers currently.

I am interested in selling it because I just want to concentrate
harder on my other lists.

I don't want to merely sell the subscriber list, but wish the ezine
to continue in its current form.  (I would subscribe to it myself!)


Questions:
1.  Where would I go to sell such a list?

2.  What would be a fair price for such a list?

3.  What elements would you recommend be included in a contract?  I
want the integrity and quality of the ezine maintained.

4.  Any other thoughts?
