Hi Eva,

Black and white case of copyright violation.  I've had this
done numerous times.

First, print out a copy of the offending page and save a copy of
it to your hard drive.

Next, contact the person and demand that they remove it. Sounds
like you did this already.

If they do not respond, call their ISP up on the phone, and
find a manager to share what kind of violations one of their
subscribers are engaging in.

If you find no assistance from ISP, contact your lawyer and send
a letter with a demand to cease the violation.

The value of your content demands that you defend your copyrights
from time to time.

It's also a principle thing. :!)
