Harry's post sparked some thinking for me.
I'd like to add to his request, newsletter 
sponsorship opportunities to reach an audience
of CIOs (Chief Information Officers) in India,
UK, and United States.  Is there such a newsletter
or discussion list opportunity?  IF so, please respond
off list to diane@loconotion.com.

We also have a client interested in reaching CIOs...
and a newsletter directed to this audience would
definitely be a great advertising opportunity for
them.  Thanks in advance!
