My hosting company also provides plusmail as a free service.
The interface looked very simple and intuitive, but I still hesitate
to use it because other free programs like Topica and Listbot
have more powerful services, are free too, and most importantly
come with tech support or extensive FAQs.

I however make use of the multiple autoresponders that come
as a part of the plusmail package.  That only needs some minor
tweaking to send a copy of each request mail to my email
id.
