I completely agree. Guilty until proven innocent it would seem. And 
yet another example of a deterrent that hurts the innocent more than 
the guilty. There's always another ISP to move to, the problem for 
those with quality sites is the time and trouble involved in making 
such a move and the losses incurred.

The site of the average 'professional' spammer on the other hand, not 
having large numbers of scripts or pages to adjust to a new 
environment, will require all of a few hours before it's back online 
again. Like water off a duck's back!

Thanks Evonne, for shedding some light on the position of the ISP's.
