[epub] problems delivering email

Concerning the difficulty sending email by html. I don't think the size 
of the file makes a difference with AOL. We have had 8kb files attached. 
Of course the way around this is to send a text email. But we won't do 
it. Not because we don't like our email subscribers, but because we 
don't want to foster the archaic AOL. We have begun offering free 
hotmail accounts at our sign up post. Already I have had several people 
let us know that they did NOT realize AOL was out dated. They thought it 
was us. We have put a stop to that thought anyway. We will continue to 
publish html because the internet is about the future and the hurdles 
must be overcome, not succumbed to.
