I've tried MANY different forms of automating my mailing list, 
and the best one I've found is a service called Mail-List.Com. 
<http://www.mail-list.com>. A mailing list will cost you about 
$10.00 a month. 

I don't receive anything for referring prospects. I am just a 
VERY satisfied customer.
