Hi Lisa,
I use a Virtual Assistant named Julie Hewett to mail out my monthy
newsletter Design on Tap to about 4500 subscribers.  She charges $15 a
month and set up the subscription page so I get a copy of the email
subscriptions for my own backup (and so I can reply to questions new
subscribers often ask).  Also I can type in "count" with my acount number
to find out how many subscribers there are at any given time and can also
add and delete subscribers who write me directly.  There are other
functions available but haven't used them yet.  I am pleased with her
