Just curious....

What problems have they been having lately?  I tried to transfer my list to 
them and they just wouldn't respond after repeated e-mails.  I'm afraid I got 
rather "irate" with the last e-mail.  Finally I just figured to go with 
egroups.  

They responded!  They have to do some checking because of the size of my 
database, but they got back to me within hours.
