Hi Ann and the rest of ya'll--

A little while back, I asked a question about starting multiple
lists/newsletters, and got no response.  I know there are people on this
list that do more than one thing.

My question is:  what are the advantages of doing more than one newsletter,
especially if the topics are related?  And how do you juggle your schedule
to do it all?  I'm doing one right now, and the number of subscribers has
grown to almost 500 in about a month.  I'm trying to decide whether to
launch another one on another subject that's unrelated, but the two do have
cross-over people.  OR whether to spend my time promoting the first list
out the wazoo and producing things to sell to them--like booklets, books,
tapes, etc.

Is there some point where your efforts are diminished because you simply
have so much to do?

I'd really like to start this second newsletter, cause the idea has bit me
you-know-where and won't let go--<G>.  But I'm afraid to not focus on one
thing...

And do people get confused by your publishing so many different things?  I
guess this is what I'm most afraid of, since there is a large crossover
population in my subjects....

Ideas?  Comments?
