Exactly, its all about organisation.  We have 6 lists inhouse - one on a
Monday, one on a friday, two at the end of the month, and two short random
shots with news.  By automating a lot of the text collection and spreading
the load among 2 people we manage.  The best thing about muliple
newsletters in that the subscribers tend to join more than one so we get to
make a decent impression on them.  All in all, we have a combined subscribr
base of around 20,000.
