eGroups & ONElist are the two biggest I know of, & they
actually just merged in mid-November.  I personally don't
like the sub/unsub process with eGroups compared to ONElist,
but it might just be me.  I'm a ONElist junkie.  ONElist is
about the easiest setup/sub/unsub/moderator package I've 
found yet.  And it's free.
