There is always the Dummies Daily Tips for various programs.  I can't 
remember right off hand but you can find it at one of these 
places......pcworld, cnet, zdnet.....the tips are very basic, but if you are 
just getting started, it reminds you of things you might have skimmed over or 
just plain forgot when reading the help and tutorial files.
