[epub] Newsletter Management Programs

Dear List,

Does anyone know of a free program that will allow me to do complete
management of my HTML and Plain Text newsletters that will reside on my
local hard drive and do the mailing through my e-mail account. I would like
it to have the ability to receive and automatically process subscribe and
unsubscribe commands. Please let me know if you know of anything like this.
