I tried all 3 of the major free services.  

I tried One list first.  I couldn't get any customer service (or I couldn't 
get them to upload my large database).

I heard they were joining with E-Groups so I tried them next.  One MAJOR 
problem there- you can't download or export your address book.  You have to 
go into the logs every day and manually update your list.  It was taking me a 
couple hours a day to do that.

Then I finally went to Topica.  They are GREAT!  My e-zine is sent out within 
seconds....and you can export your address book.  I've even started a 2nd 
e-zine with them it is so easy.  They are at http://www.topica.com/
