To use Outlook Express from your Web Browser
De Outlook Express as default e-mail program, so that
whenever you click on an email link
Outlook express should open

1. On TOOLS menu,click OPTIONS then click the General Tab
 2. In the the Default messaging Programs area, click on MAKE
DEFAULT
for news or mail
