It is very easy.

1.  Upload your e-book (let's call it inshape.pdf) to your
website.

2.  In your newsletter you would write your ad:

	Too much stuffing at Thanksgiving?  Get unstuffed
	before Christmas.  My new e-book has everything you
	need to get in shape for the holidays.  Download it
	from: http://clix.to/personaltraining/inshape.pdf
