[epub] Defining list traffic?

Hi All

We've just launched a new directory of ezines and discussion lists:

http://www.webscoutlists.com

When some submits a discussion list they're required to define their 
traffic (ie. the frequency of posts) via a selection box. The options 
available are (1) very low, (2) low, (3) medium, (4) high, or (5) very high.

We'd like to quantify each of these options. But we've found little 
consensus regarding how many daily posts constitutes low, medium, high, 
etc. So I'd be very grateful if any of you epubbers could send me your 
opinion about what would be an appropriate range of posts per day for each 
of the five traffic-categories mentioned above.

Also, some owners who have submitted their list didn't seem to understand 
what the term "traffic" meant (we've now defined it on the form). So is 
"traffic" the best word, or can someone suggest a better term?
