From: ray@twoscoops.com They can use Netscape for browsing and stuff, but apparently (like soooooo many other softwares these days, like most HTML editors), the browsing function that makes the program work depends on the MSIE engine to be on your system. You don't have to open MSIE, but the engine has to be on your system and accessible. It's a very common requirement.
