There are several. The PublishinYours mailing list in Onelist 
(http://www.onelist.com/community/publishinyours), IdeaMarketers 
(http://www.ideamarketers.com) and Free Contet Online 
(http://certificate.net/wwio/).

For what it's worth, though, it doesn't COST anything to send articles to 
e-zine publishers. Simply write to the editor and request the submission 
guidelines. In some cases, these editors will actually pay YOU!
