Want to comment on the subject of Best Newsletters.  Here is a
direct quote from Wes regarding my account:
Wes said, "This is the number that decides whether we charge you
each month.
As per our agreement, if we send you 100 or more, you will be
billed
$15. If we send you less than 100, you pay nothing."
However, I was billed the $15.00 for the first month and then
the above
guarantee goes into effect.
Since then, I have not been billed because I did not get 100
subscribers in
November and it doesn't look real promising for December.

On the other hand, I did join NewsletterforFree and I'm pretty
satisfied
with their service.  I get more subscribers.  You can get your
subscription
list daily, weekly, monthly. You pay $.10 per subscriber.
You'll get
a good many to begin with, but this will slack down as time
passes.
You have to agree to pay for a minimum of 3000 subscribers over
this
time period, but if you pay by the month, this won't seem like
much
over the long haul.

That's two subscription providers, does anyone know of any more?
I'd like to hear from you.
