Yes, I have signed up with Best Newsletters and no they
do not spam. As a matter of fact, there is a very strict policy
in place. When someone subscribes to your newsletter, they
have to reply to an email to be subscribed. There is no chance
of someone being accidentally subscribed. This program is
run by Wes Blaylock and I have worked with him extensively
over the last few months. He is a great guy and dedicated to
getting you the subscribers he promised. If, by chance, you

hope you had happy holidays!
Question: Has anyone used this service called "Best
Newsletters" before? How can they guarantee the subscriber
numbers without spamming? What happens when they don't fulfill
this promise, do you still have to pay? Generally, has anyone
