I cannot recommend strongly enough that anyone with an interest in CI Host
(or any other hosting service)  read all the goings-on at the Newsgroup
news://alt.www.webmasters  (or do a search at Deja.com for "CI Host")

In the last 3-4 days I have spent dozens of hours reading the posts and
dealing with issues surrounding CI Host.  In fact, it has disrupted
production of my own Two Scoops newsletters, since now I have to invest time
and energy into finding a better host, researching options and so forth,
instead of writing this week's articles and putting up the new year's
website materials.   <*sigh*>

With this comment and referral to the newsgroups, I'm going to leave the
topic of hosting services alone in this discussion list, so we can get back
to discussing epubs and how to do it.  (altho finding a Web hosting server
IS related, I just don't want to belabor the point of one company's poor
performance).
