I have officially given up on CI Host.  I am moving to 1-host.com.

My site is still not up on CI Host, I have gotten a series of lies from
them, and I've reached my limit.  Each time I called, I got another
explanation of what the problem was, and another estimate of when it would
be fixed.  The last was that it would be up at 6:00 a.m. (CST) today.  At
10:00 a.m., it still wasn't up.  I called and was on hold for more than an
hour before their phone system hung up on me.  They are not answering the
local number (where I had at least reached humans previously).

I have now been without a web site, or email at that address, since at
least Thursday morning.  There seems to be no one who can tell me what is
really going on.  I'm outta there.

Thanks to everyone here who has offered their experience and advice.
