[epub] New question about sending ezine

In using Notespad this week for this issue of Homefires Hearth, I
changed the text to Courier.  Reset my plain text settings to MIME with
no encoding.  Sent a bit of the unfinished ezine to my admin list for
them to check out.  All looked fine, even to my AOLers.

Confident that all was fine and dandy, I sent out my ezines.  Not a
single complaint till now:  "Please send in a different text format.  I
had been receiving this before in a text where all links were
underlined and I could click on that.  What I am receiving now is an
attachment on Notepad."

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?  I'm doing everything I
can to make my readers happy.  Unfortunately, I cannot see a bit of
difference in my ezine when I mail myself a copy, which I do several
times before mailing it to my readers.
