I've been getting numerous complaints about the same thing, but
only lately. Seems that about half of my audience has recently been
seeing this problem. My list is on egroups, which, of course,
recently acquired onlist. I've written to them, with no response.

Was this one sub or many?  If it was one, why not attempt to
get that one sub to work directly with you (if you want to take
the time).  Start a dialogue with the person based on their
note to you.

Also remember, you can't make all of the people happy all
of the time.
