[epub] topica, request, magic solutions?

Hello All,

Have been lurking around the epub community for a while now and I must say that the information is fantastic.  

I changed my small but hard earned list host to topica yesterday (was looking after it myself) and several of my subs received a letter saying that topica had received an unsub request from them reply to confirm.  Has this happened to anyone else.  The subs did not send any such letter and were completely unaware that I had changed to topica.  Do not want to think that topica is tempting my subs to unsubscribe.

Is topica any good?

Have been publishing If You Dare - Ezine for a little while now.  We focus on fiction, poetry, articles and internet information etc.  You are all welcome to subscribe, if only to give me some well needed tips and suggestions.

We try to write all our articles ourselves (except for this week as we are flat out) and would appreciate any suggestions.
