I think there are also a lot of users who are signing up for free email
accounts that can be accessed from a web browser ... and IMO these accounts
are easily forgotten and/or abandoned.

All of our supervisory and management staff have business email accounts
with our domain, however, several have and use free email accounts elsewhere
because they know that we have a zero tolerance policy towards "adult
language" and "adult jukes" ... we have good staff, however, the "junk" that
friends, family, and "spammers" send you is often out of your control ...

I have several junk email accounts that I use just to receive newsletters,
ezines, and digests that are of interest to me, but that I don't want
clogging up my email account when things get hectic and busy ... in my case,
my default account name is Newsletter@BrazeltonHotels.com, so when things
get busy, I simply disable that account folder in Outlook, and when I get
caught back up, I open that folder back up again ... I encourage my staff to
do the same, except, many of them use a free email account for that purpose,
an account that is not going to go through our mail server, and the filters
on our mail server <G>!!!
