[epub] Formatting ezines

Hello All,

I have a question for you all.  I'm sure its
been discussed before to the "N"th degree - but
I am hoping to be re-enlightened by all of you 
wise people....

I sent out an ezine last Friday that looked
clean, well-formatted etc. in my email browser
and in my email box, after delivering it through
egroups.com.  I placed hard returns at 55 
characters.

Also - I checked all my links and they were
fully functional.  I was using a redirect link
through my web site, to make a shorter URL that
fit within the ezine.  If you want to check...

I received an email from a subscriber indicating
that my format was sloppy and the word wrapping
was bad - he had his email program set up to
wrap at 80 characters. He also said that the link 
(above) doesn't work....

What am I doing wrong?  I thought hard returns
at 55 characters was a good option.  Also, the
link above works for me.  Any suggestions?
