Deborah,

I subscribe to your Webmaster Tips Weekly and your
formatting is very clean. You did nothing wrong. (Also, I
always read it.)

If the subscriber has received your ezine for several issues
and now, suddenly, and without changing his email program,
he received one that appeared sloppy, then it was corrupted
during transit.

Have your subscriber forward or redirect the issue to you.
Or, if he no longer has it, have him send you the next
issue. It is much better to see for yourself than to rely on
other's descriptions. You may spot the problem right away,
if any. For example, if his copy is missing a section only
you have the knowledge to notice it was gone.
