You first need to get more info about this
subscriber, what system is he using? mail
client, is he with AOL or something else

Just gather more info about his situation.

Did you receive any other complaints, or
just this one you mentioned.

Hard return at 55 is more than excellent.

I noticed that links do not work well with
e groups and onelist, I don't know why!!!
