Hello everyone

I have been reading epub for some time now.
Now I have a question that I hope someone will answer
for me.
My ezine is sent out twice a month with weekly 
classifieds. 2000 FASTRACK EZINE NEWSLETTER
Firday I sent it out to everyone on my list and one
person emailed me back on Saturday say that she/he
received over 40 emails of my newsletter, she/he
asked me if I was in a loop or something or do I
use autoresponders that would cause me to be
in a loop.

I do not use autoresponders I told her and I
have no idea of what happened. She/he was
the only one out of 1,000 subscribers that
had that problem.
Can anyone tell me what happened to that
one person.
