[epub] poll messages

Hi Everyone,

Apologies for that business about the "poll". Apparently,
polls are able to be set up by list members without
any sort of moderation, so I've disabled that feature.

Does anyone know if this glitch was due to ONElist's
recent upgrade? If you've had similar problems, let
me know.

Anyway, in the meantime, problem solved...
