I have never had a  problem with multiple copies
being sent out through Topica (none that I am aware
of) and I use IE5.
I have been with Topica since Oct 99 and must say
I have had very few complaints.  After they
redesigned their site I have had no problems.
BTW I used my Notepad text editor to format my
ezine.

It would be interesting to hear if anyone else
has had this problem.
