As I understand it, from reading the instructions (because I've not set it
up fully myself) is that before you fetch your mail normally (i.e., through
Outlook), you use GroupMail to fetch and scan your email for
subscribe/unsubscribe notices.  It pulls and sorts mail from the server.

I'm glad you asked the question, however, since I will be doing this same
thing soon.
