From: Success Solutions <webmaster@successsolutions.com> Teresa and fellow epubbers, You mentioned that you didn't want to "copy and paste" today........Does this mean you were copy and pasting each name? If that is the case, there are easier ways. :) 1. If the list of email addresses are included in one email (such as when you are using a "paid" service to find you subscribers) you can simply highlight the entire list of email addresses and copy the whole list to your windows clipboard,,,,, then use the import feature in Aureate, for the particular list you want to add the subscribers to. On the first windows screen that pops up after clicking on "import" you simply need to select the radio button "import recipient data from the windows clipboard" then follow the rest of the prompt screens to import your list. 2. Another method I've used for a large amount of "seperate" subscribe emails is to put all these emails into one folder in my email program (Eudora Pro), then highlight ALL of the emails listed in that folder, then either go to the edit menu and click on "select all" ( or just press ctrl-a ), then copy (ctrl-c). Note: for method 2 you may need to check your list to remove any of the "bogus" header-type email addresses after you "import recipient data from windows clipboard". This will include those long numberical type header email addresses. But I have found that Aureate puts the newest email addresses at the END of the list, so it's easy to spot and delete those numberical IP type addresses. Method 2 may sound like it's complicated, but it really isn't. It takes very little time to do it compared to the amount of time it takes to copy and paste each individual new subscribers addresses into your list. Hope this helps!
