People will subscribe to your new ezine.
Here is the way I did it. I advertised any where
I found to advertise with an example of the
ezine newsletter. I gave them a short version
of the ezine. Which was enough for them to
read to see if they were interested.

question to you is, did any of you advertise for subscribers

were up and running?  What kind of response did you get?  With a
limited
advertising budget, I just wonder if as many people would sign up
before it's up and going as would if it were already in action.
