Diana, I wouldn't use subscriber names without permission.  Some people are
VERY particular about privacy issues, and would feel theirs had been
violated by your reference to them.  Some might also feel that there are no
"off the record" communications with you, and might be hesitant to send
comments.

I'm probably overly cautious, but I think it is better to err on the side
of caution, and toward protecting subscribers' privacy.
