Hi Debbie

Changing E zine name, big or small, goes through
the same avenue,

First: you have to send a special mailing
notifying all your subs of the change and
the reason behinde it.

Second: usually people dont type e mail
addresses to subscribe to e zines, they either
click on one that you have provided, or use
a web based form, which in both cases is written
by you.

If you need to change the name, go ahead and 
change it, just let them know.

You will also have to change your listing in
all the directories (if any) where you have
your zine listed, and that is the most important
part.
