The number of unsubs is very much related to the manner in which you get your subs. If you use a sub service, you can generally expect to get a higher unsub rate. Although 1% is not that high. Mine is around 0.4% Another factor that may be contributed to your relatively high unsub rate is that fact that you publish on a monthly basis. Some people are subscribed to so many ezines that they forget they ever signed up for your ezine, since it comes out on a monthly basis. Try increasing your frequency and see if it improves.
