[epub] I need a good subscribe me software!

I'd like to ask the group to tell me of a good software or
service that can subscribe a list from a form or email,
one that has a user friendly interface that allows for
manual changes in the list.  I also need to be able to
upload names into the list and have the unsubscribes
attended to automatically.

I need this information quickly. I have a client who
is frustrated and needs the user interface to be
very friendly.

By the way, I have to have the script be compatible
with NT server, not unix.

Please help.  I enjoy reading the epup, but rarely
interact. I'll try to participate more.
