I run ActivePerl on my in-house NT server.  So far,
every cgi/perl script I have tried, runs just fine
under it without any modifications.

With activeperl on NT, I would not be afraid to try
any of the public domain or free subscriber scripts.

I use a perl script and sendmail ... and manage my
list using Mailloop.

Subscriber Pro also offers an NT compatible version
of its script, but I don't really know anything
about it first hand ...
