>From what I perceive about the level of experience you have, I would advise
that you initially set up your eZine with one of the free Mailing List
servers. They are ISP independent (doesn't matter which ISP you use), and
handle most of the newletter functions for you (subscribe, unsubscribe,
archiving). You simply log in to their site to compose or send your eZine.
You can look over the features offered by these free services, and decide
which of them best meets your needs.

If your eZine is to be sent to other AOL subscribers only, I'd recommend you
look over the AOL formatting threads which have recently been bouncing about
in this list.
