I would STRONGLY recommend you set up your newsletter with egroups.com and
let them deal with the subscribing/managing/administration stuff.   Until
your list is large enough to do it full time and you have nothing better to
do with your life <*grin*> you will be free of a lot of heartaches.   Then,
when you send your newsletters out, you create it in Textpad, Notepad or
some other text-only program, set your margins to hard-return at 60 or 65
characters.  When it is as perfect as you can make it, block-copy the whole
thing, make sure it is under around 15-20K, paste into into your outbound
message, then send it off to the list.
