There has always been a lot of concern voiced on this list 
about copyright violation issues, and the ways to combat it.

Recently, there was an interesting thread on the LinkExchange
Digest discussion list on this issue.  There were some
wonderful suggestions made about ways to protect your
website articles from *theft* - and even I posted a note
detailing an elaborate, but *fun* method to protect your
work using CSS.

The posts must be archived on their website, you can check
them out.  

I'll try and find a copy on my hard drive, and if I get to them,
will send it out to the list.
